1. Provide Documents Required for Chemical Waste Collection Service
Documents Required for Chemical Waste Collection ServicePlease prepare the following documents to apply for chemical waste collection services:
- Chemical Waste Generator Registration Certificate (Format: xxxx-xxx-xxxxx-xx)
- Designated (Category A) Chemical Waste Notification (Only applicable to Category A drugs: DDA/Poisons/Antibiotics)
- List of Medications to be Disposed (Contents include: medication name, weight, container type)
2. Wait for Government Department Processing and Response
Waiting for Government Department ProcessingGovernment departments require 7-10 working days to process applications and respond.
Preparation work during waiting period:
- Separate solid medications and liquid medications
- Liquid medications less than 60ML will be treated as solid medications
- According to the medication types and weights declared on the form, pack the medications and attach waste category labels
3. Government Department Accepts Application
Government Department Accepts ApplicationAfter the government department accepts the application, the Hygiene First team will contact you to finalize the collection service date and time.
4. Wait for Collection Service
Waiting for Collection ServiceThe Hygiene First team will bring government-specified containers. Please place all medications in the bucket and put the sealed medication boxes into the containers.
Both parties sign and stamp the transport record (3-part form).
5. Pay Service Fees
Payment of Service FeesThe Hygiene First team will send an invoice 7 working days after completing the collection service. (Payment terms: 30 days)
